Once that data is clear, the path forward becomes easy to follow. We can prioritize simple, impactful upgrades, such as swapping old bulbs for LED lighting or fixing a broken temperature sensor, based on how quickly they will pay for themselves. This creates a practical roadmap that ensures our energy spending becomes reliable and predictable, even if utility rates keep climbing.
