Plainedge Schools’ Energy Performance Contract enters Phase II allowing the district to take budgeted utility and operational costs and re-allocate them into energy-saving capital. There are no out-of-pocket expenses to the school district. The cost of the project is fully paid for by the guaranteed energy savings generated.
