Lakeview ES School gets Domestic Water Tank
The Lakeview ES School in Mahopac is currently served by well water to existing storage & pressure tanks installed in the 1930’s as part of the original construction of the building. These tanks are visibly deteriorated and have already begun to fail. To address this and ensure the school is reliably served with clean potable water into the future, Energia designed a new water purification and delivery system, providing a new 4,500 gallon above ground tank with new UV disinfection, water softener, particle filtration, silica feeder, booster pumping, chemical treatment to be reconnected to existing distribution piping. The project has been approved by the Putnam County Department of Health (PCDOH) and installation is currently underway.
CONSTRUCTION HAS RECENTLY STARTED!
